How do I show the expiration date on the pass in my own format?

To show the expiration date, add it as a field. The pass does not show it automatically. Use the placeholder {expirationDate} for date and time or {expirationDateDay} for the date only.

Steps

  1. Add a field on the front or back of the pass and enter the placeholder as its value.
  2. For your own format, use the date function, for example {date.format(format: 'dd/MM', value: {expirationDate})}. It works with any date field.
