Why does my Google Wallet pass show Unknown Passenger?

Transit passes on Google Wallet have mandatory fields such as the passenger name, and Google does not let you remove them. Fill the matching semantic tag in your pass data. If it stays empty, Google Wallet shows its own placeholder.
