How much does SMS sending cost and can I send via WhatsApp?

An SMS sent through Passcreator costs €0.10, invoiced in arrears with the following month. Passcreator does not send WhatsApp or Viber messages itself. For those channels, connect a messaging provider through the Workflow Engine.
