Improvements
- Show owner of shared segments.
- Changed opacity of unstamped stamps to improve visibility.
- Improve deduplication mechanism when sending pass updates.
Bugfixes
- Webhooks for app configurations with multiple templates assigned were executed once for each template.
- If persisting the log message when sending text messages lead to an error, the text message was sent again.
- Fix race condition when marking passes as unreachable.
