About the project
ADAC is using Passcreator to provide digital membership cards for Apple and Google Wallet. They were looking for a solution that would enable simple and reliable pass management while also offering extensive API integration with internal systems. Since the end of 2023, ADAC is using Passcreator and distributes the digital cards through various internal channels, including the member area on adac.de and solutions in branch offices.
The Wallet passes are regularly updated with current information, with push notifications on the lock screen highlighting new content.
On the detail page of the Wallet passes, users can find helpful information, links, and contact options specifically relevant to each card type.
Membership card
The ADAC membership card offers drivers and travelers extensive benefits that promote mobility and safety. Members benefit from reliable roadside assistance and towing services, ensuring quick help on-site in case of an emergency. Additionally, ADAC members receive exclusive discounts at selected partner companies, such as hotels, car rental providers, and recreational facilities, making travel more comfortable and affordable. Even abroad, ADAC members are well-protected: ADAC provides international support and emergency medical assistance to offer the best possible help in critical situations. The membership card symbolizes mobility and safety – everywhere and at any time.
Emergency pass
The ADAC emergency pass is an essential tool that enables rapid and targeted assistance in critical situations. It was specifically developed in collaboration with the emergency doctors and paramedics of ADAC Air Rescue and is already integrated into much of the rescue chain. It contains all relevant information, including personal and medical data, emergency contacts, statements of intent, and more. With encrypted storage of personal data, access is ensured only for authorized rescue personnel. The emergency pass thus offers a high level of protection, ensuring that all necessary information is immediately available in critical situations.
