eurotrade – the retail specialists at Munich Airport
eurotrade operates large parts of the retail space at Munich Airport. Founded in 1973 and a wholly owned subsidiary of Flughafen München GmbH, it provides passengers and customers with a positive shopping experience. eurotrade Flughafen München Handels-GmbH operates around 50 stores on an area of approximately 14,000 square meters, divided into four sales areas: Duty Free, Fashion, Press & Travel and Watches & Jewelry. The company's own brands and franchise concepts offer customers high-quality international brands and selected regional products.
eurotrade was looking for a way to advertise the in-store promotions via digital channels even before departure. Wallet boarding passes are well-established in the airline industry for a long time and is therefore a known and accepted means of communication among the target group.
