Why does my push notification not arrive in Apple Wallet?

1. The holder has notifications enabled for the pass in Apple Wallet.
2. The pass carries the certificate the template still uses. A changed certificate breaks pushes until the holder downloads the pass again.
3. The edited field has a change message. Without one, Passcreator applies the update silently.
4. The change affects a field on the front or back of the pass. Other changes do not trigger a push.

If everything checks out, send support the pass ID and the time of the push.
