How do I send push notifications to 10,000 passes and more through the API?
The API allows 600 requests per minute. Use the bulk endpoint POST /api/pass/sendpushnotifications with up to 500 pass UUIDs per request. It answers with 202 and sends asynchronously.
For 10,000 passes and more, send batches of 500. Google Wallet holders must have notifications enabled, and Google limits how many messages per day notify a user.
