How do I change my plan and when does the change take effect?

Upgrades take effect immediately, at any time. A downgrade is possible once your active registrations are below the limit of the smaller plan, and it takes effect at the next billing cycle. On the automatic volume based subscription the plan follows your usage, and a reduction applies immediately.
