How do I cancel my subscription and return to the Free plan?
Go to Subscription and change or cancel the plan. For the Free plan you need fewer than 5 active registrations first. Cancellation takes two weeks' notice to the end of the month.
To get below 5, filter the pass list by template with the advanced search, select the passes and delete them in one step. Accounts with a custom plan write to support@passcreator.com.
