What counts as an active registration and how does billing work?
You pay a monthly fee for the number of active registrations your plan includes. A pass counts from the moment the holder installs it on a device until the holder removes it or you delete it in Passcreator.
Steps
- You created the pass but nobody downloaded it. Not billed.
- The holder downloaded the pass to a device. Billed.
- You voided the pass or it has expired, but it stays on the device. Billed.
- The holder removed the pass or switched off updates. Not billed.
- You deleted the pass in Passcreator. Not billed.
Creating passes that nobody installs costs nothing.
