Does Google Smart Tap need an approval like Apple VAS?
No, Google Smart Tap needs no entitlement, no NDA and no certificate. Passcreator enables it for your account and provides the Google Collector ID. You can test Android independently of the Apple approval.
Once Passcreator has enabled NFC and the first pass exists, the reader parameters appear under Integrations › Connected Accounts and in the certificate management.
