Can I use Passcreator for the Apple Employee Badge category?
No, Passcreator passes are not Apple's Employee Badge pass type and cannot open doors through Apple Wallet NFC. That category belongs to access control vendors. Apple allows third party NFC passes only for attended access with a person at the reader.
Staff ID passes for identification, time tracking or perks work, including with Managed Apple IDs, as long as your device policy allows Wallet.
