Can I bundle digital staff ID cards with employee perk vouchers?
Yes, a staff ID pass and voucher passes are separate templates that you deliver together as a bundle.
Steps
- Create a staff ID template with name, title, function and a barcode. Deactivate a pass in the pass list when someone leaves.
- Create voucher templates with a unique code per voucher for redemption.
- Bundle the ID with the vouchers through a project, up to 10 passes per download.
- Redeem vouchers by scanning with the Smart Scan app or your own system, or void them in the pass list.
- Track everything through the API, the Workflow Engine or CSV exports.
