Can I display a calculated value instead of the raw stored value on the pass?
Not with a formula on the pass, because pass fields have no calculation syntax. Use a workflow instead.
Steps
- Let your staff or the scan write the raw value into a hidden additional field.
- Set up a workflow that reads the field, calculates the result and writes it into a visible field or into the stored value.
- Your staff keep entering the original amount. The workflow does the conversion.
