How do I send emails from my own domain?

Passcreator sends white label email through Mailjet, so your domain needs an SPF include and a DKIM record.

Steps

  1. Add include:spf.mailjet.com to your existing SPF record. Do not replace the record. A replaced SPF breaks your regular company mail.
  2. Add the DKIM record mailjet._domainkey.<your-domain> with the value support provides. Do not add a v=DKIM1 tag yourself.
  3. Check both records with a DNS tool such as MXToolbox, then ask support to enable the sender.
