Why does my vanity URL not work after I set up the DNS records?
Check the records against the values from support.
Steps
- The ACME target needs exactly one double dash after
acme, as in_acme--challenge-.... - Compare both CNAME targets character by character with the values from support, and ask support to confirm them again if in doubt.
- Allow up to 24 hours for DNS propagation, then ask support to check again.
- If the problem is with email rather than the URL, check the SPF and DKIM records instead.
