What DNS records do I need for a custom domain?
You need a subdomain of a domain you own, such as wallet.yourcompany.com, and two CNAME records that support confirms for your account.
Steps
- Send support the subdomain you want to use. You receive the exact target values. They follow the pattern
<subdomain-with-dashes>.ax4z.com. - Create a CNAME for the SSL certificate.
_acme-challenge.<subdomain>points to the ACME target from support. - Create a CNAME for the subdomain itself. It points to the domain target from support.
- Tell support when the records are live. Allow up to 24 hours for DNS propagation. Support then issues the certificate and links the domain.
