How do I clean up passes after an event ends?
Void the passes first, wait a day, then delete what you no longer need.
Steps
- Mark the passes as voided or let the expiration date of the template pass. They move to the archive of the wallet, and nothing breaks if you need them again.
- To make expired passes valid again, move the expiration date of the template into the future. Changing the date does not reactivate a voided pass.
- Wait about 24 hours before you delete permanently.
- To remove a whole batch and stop its billing in one step, delete the template. Passcreator deletes its passes with it.
