What do I check when a bulk processing job fails?
Check the job under Processes first, then the file, then your firewall.
Steps
- Open Processes in the sidebar. You see every bulk job with its status and, if it failed, with a result file that names the rows with errors.
- A malformed CSV file does not always produce a clear error. Export or save the file again from your source system and upload it once more.
- If your template loads images from your own servers, Passcreator fetches them during processing. Allow the outbound IP addresses of Passcreator,
162.55.25.233,142.132.255.176and78.46.130.117, in your firewall.
