How do I create passes in bulk from a CSV file?

Go to Passes › Bulk Processing, download the CSV template for your pass template and upload a file with one row per pass plus the header row. A file with a single data row creates exactly one pass. This is the most common mistake, so check that every recipient has a row before uploading.
