Is a wait of several hours normal for a large bulk job?
Bulk jobs normally finish fast, large files included. The job runs in the background and you follow its status under Processes. If a job shows no progress for more than a few minutes, do not restart it.
Open it under Processes and write to support with its name, so that Passcreator does not create anything twice.
