Why did my bulk processing run create passes but send no emails?

Creating passes and sending them are two separate steps. Bulk processing only creates the passes, so start a sendout under Distribution › Send Passes afterwards. If you ran the bulk process twice, choose the run that created the passes as the source of the sendout.
