How do I cancel my subscription and what is the notice period?
Cancel yourself under Subscription. The page shows the end date of your contract. The notice period is two weeks to the end of the month.
Cancel at least 14 days before month end and the contract ends with that month. If you cancel later, Passcreator bills one more month. Passcreator issues invoices in arrears for the previous month, and your passes stay valid until you deactivate them. Accounts with a custom or Enterprise plan cannot cancel on that page. Write to support@passcreator.com instead.
