How do I delete my account and my personal data?
You cancel your contract yourself, but a person at Passcreator carries out the deletion. Write to support from the email address of the account. Your access ends when your contract ends, and Passcreator deletes all data 30 days after that.
Export what you need before the end date. Passcreator keeps invoice and accounting records as long as the law requires it.
