How do I delete my account and all my personal data?
Write to support from the email address of the account. That address is the identity check, and a person at Passcreator carries out the deletion. Your access ends when your contract ends, and Passcreator deletes all data 30 days after that.
Steps
- Export everything you need before the contract ends. After that date you can no longer log in.
- Cancel the subscription under
Subscriptionif you have not done so. - Send the deletion request from the registered email address.
Passcreator keeps invoice and accounting records as long as the law requires, independently of the deletion.
