Why can I still not log in after resetting my password?
The password from the reset email works exactly once. Log in with it at app.passcreator.com, then set your own permanent password.
Steps
- Open app.passcreator.com/login and enter the one time password exactly as it appears in the email. Copy and paste it, because capital letters are the most common typo.
- Set your new permanent password when the app asks for it.
- Log in to the Scan App with the new password, not with the one from the email. The one time password works only for the first web login.
