The digital Membership card is provided through the web portal as well as using links in confirmation mails that are sent after signing up.
The barcode value contains a unique code per customer that allows Scotch & Soda to attribute in-store purchases to individuals which is something that was not possible before. In addition to that they can now also get the full 360-degree view of online- and offline-customer behavior.
